I recently purchased this product for my daughter who recently had braces installed. Her orthodontist gave us a free bottle and asked us to continue rinsing. Fluoride and bleaching rinses seem to be quite effective, I don't notice a significant difference in terms of whitening, but then again I'm sure it could be a lot worse. The mint flavor is quite strong, according to her daughter, but she seems to get used to it quickly, like any toothpaste. Conveniently, the rinse aid comes with a cup to measure out the 'right amount of rinse aid'. FYI, this product will leave your teeth slightly blue after the first 5 minutes of use.
