. This is a small fraction of the cost of some proven KVM-over-IP solutions, so I decided to give it a try as IOGEAR KVM-over-IP has always worked great for me. The mouse is always out of sync, the remote resolution is always so low, and even then I can't see the entire screen of the remote computer. The description says something about concurrent users, and although more than one person can be logged into KVM, it cannot accept input from more than one source, so what's the point of concurrent users? I work with their support team and get quick responses. I will update if necessary.
