Worked great for 5 months then stopped

Worked great until it stopped. Ordered on February 23rd, received two days later. I installed it on my desktop in my home office and was as happy as can be with how it works, how fast it charges things (even Macbooks and iPad Pros)... but as of July 23rd it stopped working. The devices just suddenly stopped charging. I've tried different cables, plugged the device into a different outlet, etc. to no avail.
