Poor build quality on backpacks

This is probably my first and last Fjällräven. I bought it for everyday use: laptop, charger and a few things. .One week in use and the top was exactly like the pictures. Letters from Fjällräven regarding this were unsuccessful. Only letters saying: I think this guy from warranty could help you. No replies &lt;/3 Nice looking backpack, poor build quality
