We bought two of these pants. The first ones seemed perfect so we bought a second pair. The fit and quality seemed a bit inconsistent. The second pair was a bit tighter at the waist and the look wasn't quite as finished. Two pairs were purchased a month apart so there were no weight gain issues. All in all, we love these pants. The suppleness of the material is excellent. They move slightly with your positions. Pants are easy to wash and dry, do not wrinkle.
