Works well. Only thing is some of the "seals/spikes" pop out and then it just floats in the water jar and you have to fish it out before you can refill it. Because of this, sometimes when you wear it after refilling it will leak when that little white inner cap pops out. You only need to hold one bottle at a time and keep it upright. I'm not sure if it's because it's the wrong cap size for our bottles, but I think we have the normal regular bottles that you always get when you buy a water dispenser.
