Really thought after I saw the product that they would be huge. Mother says they fit like they were made for her. Some users have reported that the Heavy Duty Incontinence Panties White 4 Health Dri are too tight or too loose, leading to discomfort and irritation.

Not an acceptable fit at all. They measure at least 8 inches TOO tall, and a couple of inches too wide. The waste band is fine and that measurement worked, but they swim up to the boobies and bag around, well down there, way too far for any kind of comfort.

Even going with the "larger side of the charts" when taking in the reviews of others, these do indeed fit small, quite a bit small. They look big when you open them, don't let that fool you! When buying these for my mother, she loved the fit. We went with a full size larger. Here is the problem, she loves the fit, they look more like panties for ladies, they do not provide the level of protection that she needs. the coverage is great, if you need light protection these are for you.
