This is exactly what I was looking for when reading between the lines on the internet: a fitted Lycra style shirt, NOT a compression shirt. The latter are great but get too hot to run above 30C. This shirt is super thin but 95% opaque despite being white, so it offers sun protection (SPF 20 or something?), wicks moisture effectively and doesn't chafe. Also, being white, it doesn't absorb much visible sunlight (most of the spectrum, which is converted to heat by black materials).
