Useful Internal Dimensions: Bottom - 13 x 5 5/8, Center Sections - 5 5/8 x 5 5/8, Top - 2 3/4 squares if using dividers. All tiers are 2 inches deep. It's well done. The bad reviews seem old and there may have been improvements since then. It goes with my scissors, needles, thread and most other hand sewing supplies.
