My experience with Minicremation left me feeling let down, which is surprising coming from someone who places a high value on the quality of the things they buy. The jewelry that I ordered from them, which they promptly sent, was of low quality and did not meet my requirements in any way. The items I ordered appeared to be of low quality, being of flimsy construction and having inconsistent finishes. The materials that were used did not appear to be of a good grade, and the jewelry did not have the kind of durability that I anticipate from jewelry priced at this level. In addition, the customer support that I received when I attempted to resolve my problems was below par. The customer service employees I spoke to were unhelpful and condescending, which only added to my existing level of annoyance. In general, I would not suggest Minicremation to anyone who is searching for jewelry that is of great quality and was skillfully produced. Their products may have a one-of-a-kind design and tempting features, but they have terrible quality and almost no customer support, so buying from them is not a good idea. There is no shortage of such businesses that can provide you with superior worth for your money by providing products that are not just stylish but also expertly crafted.
