Review on Authentic Japanese Pickle Press: JapanBargain 3856, 3-Liter Plastic Tsukemono Pickle Maker, Made in Japan by Chris Ryokan

As expected on Food Containers

Enough. Yes, it's really small. And it's true that spring is a bit weak. The size was fine for me though, just right for getting fresh cabbage etc more often (rather than making a large batch which spoils sooner). it is eaten). Unfortunately, my kale went bad the first time. I don't know if the airflow isn't enough or if it was one of those bad batches that happen from time to time. Personally, the spring did a fair job of keeping it below the fluid line. It was very cheap so I wasn't expecting it to surprise me, but not complete rubbish either. At least I'm not ready to say that just yet. I hope the next batch doesn't spoil. When this happens I'll be wondering if the problem is a lack of airflow. This can easily be remedied by punching a few holes in the top of the lid, but the plastic won't let me do that myself. This should be done by the manufacturer and sold that way.
