This is an easy to use tool that helps us manage our ideas in one place. It's also very good at helping to organize them into workable projects. Sometimes, it can be hard to navigate between departments when using this software. I would recommend doing some research ahead of time if you are new to your organization because there could be things that aren't intuitively set up for employees who have never used the application before. Try it out; it will help you stay organized! We've reduced the number of emails we send out each week with respect to idea management, as well as being able to see what others are working on so we're not duplicating efforts or getting left behind by other people.
