I was a little apprehensive when purchasing this item as I am used to using high quality straighteners. I'm used to paying around $200. However after a good month of using this bad boy and consistent daily use for a month I can definitely say this is a damn good product. It heats up very quickly and I love that you can see the temperature rise, it's nice. The grip is very comfortable, it fits securely in the hand. Now there's one thing it can't, at least with my hair, that keeps frizz under control. I have quite a lot of hair and very thick hair. My natural hair gets wavy and frizzy pretty quickly, so hello to all Hispanics. However, I will say that this product straightens my hair to help me deal with the frizz I end up having. Overall I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants a good discount on a product that actually works.
