Broken Fabric
I am returning and ordering again because the fabric is supposed to be dotted. He is defective. At 3 yards I got transitions from polka dot to oval which only made part of the fabric usable (if anyone wants polka dots and consistency - yes). Washi tape shows which parts of the fabric can (barely) be used. 2/3 are unsuitable for my clothes. The dots have different degrees of flocking. I hope a repeat order will bring me the advertised fabric.
