I love these ice packs! Firstly the sheets are quite large, I have more of these than I need so I keep other extras dry if I need them in the future. It's great that I can cut the sheets and customize the size of these ice packs. I will say pay attention to the instructions, if you use warm water to inflate, keep a close eye on them as the bags inflate quickly! I have some that are too full which the instructions warn against and this will make them sweat more otherwise the sweating is minimal. I typically use a 2-pocket strip at the bottom of the lunchbox and a larger 3-pocket square strip that folds over my travel soup mug and keeps the contents cold for about 5-6 hours. In general, I've found this "sandwich" method to be the most effective for staying cold (works with sandwiches, sauces, and veggies).
