Questions about hair care

I've noticed that my mask is much darker and greener than the reviews I've seen and read. I thought it might just be a party. But then I realized that I also had very few "pearls" and pieces in my mask. And the color was like paint. The green actually stuck to and around my nails. So I decided to order directly from Alikay website and of course the product I received from them was completely different. It was light green in color from the video reviews I watched, had a lot of small particles, the color was not blotchy in any way, and the consistency and texture were COMPLETELY different. I have no idea what I got. Either a very bad batch or my product has been adulterated. Anyway, not too happy I have to deal with it, money wasted. It is also doubtful that this product cannot be returned. waste of money.
