The instructions are a little hard to read, I think they will try to take the Ikea way for a second but then someone said to add words. They give you a full picture of what goes where, and each piece of the board is numbered, minus the two long pieces for the side. I'm a bit confused although not much has changed. I had to assemble the stand after realizing I had placed the center board incorrectly. But overall I highly recommend this bedside table. It was very easy to use. You'll need your own screwdriver, but that's about it. It even comes with stickers to cover the screw holes, which I really liked. It's perfectly at my bed level and I even found a TV stand that's the same cherry wood color as the bedside table. I highly recommend getting this.
