It was very easy to remove the old speakers and replace with new ones. I really love my sleep phones. My husband has chronic, persistent migraines and is very sensitive to sounds. In the worst case, he hears noises so amplified that they seem much louder to him than they do to me. I can put it on and watch TV, podcasts and games on my iPad and there is no sound. I took off a star because I can never wear a pair of these headphones for more than a few months without tugging on the cord until they connect. is damaged and I am losing sound in one or both ears. I'd really like to see the cord joint be reinforced so this doesn't happen.
