My old Dell laptop just broke down and I was skeptical about buying this laptop but it was packaged well, the charger looks like new, no scratches or creases on the corners! It was a simple setup. I just plugged it in and the charger works great. I'm in college and thought this laptop would be perfect and so far I'm not disappointed! Will update when something happens! UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER: Hello everyone! My laptop still works great. I use it every day for college and my business and I even play Sims on Origin lol. The only downside to this laptop would be the battery, it doesn't drain too quickly but I would always keep a charger handy! Otherwise, I'm still thrilled and do not regret the purchase!
