Not recommended and defective

These balloons were cheaper than bought in the store. They came with no instructions on how to blow them up! Other Mylar balloons I've bought were unidirectional. Also, number one had a hole in his hair that we didn't notice until we blew it up. I had to buy them in the store. I am very disappointed in them.
