Material: Zinc Alloy. Fit for DIY ,Woodworking, fish tank fixing, Picture Frame reinforcement. This clamp with steel threaded vise screws and two countersunk mounting holes for permanent installation on the bench. gluing two boards do not over tighten the joint forcing the glue out of the joint - this will cause a weak joint and you could break or pull the washer out of the clamp. The design use of reinforced connection, which helps to prevent excessive force caused by breaking.

Poor quality of hand tools

Why sell them? They are not woodworking quality. The design and materials used are cast iron, which is not strong enough to withstand heavy loads. Most likely they will work with glass or plastic. I will return them!

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Minor problems

Good buy if you need it

Pretty well built but the cheeks were a little narrow to really grip a narrow wooden stick so the stock was a little angled (I used 5/16 x 2 inch mahogany) . Thicker paper will probably work well. For the price it was a bargain.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Upgradeable

You get what you pay for.

The title speaks for itself. Have you ever tried clamping parallel surfaces with an inexpensive clamp? the clamping surfaces are bent or not square. It totally depends on what you are looking for. This is for light exertion in my opinion. hobby poetry ability.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

Handy for little things

Using these jigs requires the use of colored pencils to support the project on a flat surface. It's a bit clumsy to tighten and loosen the adjusters, but for the price and the ability to manage your project to stay square, it's worth the price and a bit of fiddling.

Pros
  • Have fun
Cons
  • Not sure

Do not buy! suitable for clamps

They are very light. All four were not square. I sent them back quickly. Lowe's has these that look almost the same for about $7 each but they are twice the thickness but they are also made in China but they are twice the thickness and very square. I bought from Lowes, they work very well.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • I will write later

Ideal for creating square corners, picture frames or countertops although this does not describe their actual size I was under the impression that they would be slightly larger. The hole sizes were accurate but the pin used to tighten the clamps is very small and I can only imagine they will bend or break very quickly!

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Loud metal clips that couldn't be trusted when gluing

Zero stars when I first opened the box which didn't arrive on time and inspected the clips I wasn't impressed and I was pretty sure I could split the clamp in half by hand. I started my project by attaching all the brackets to create a square frame and started threshing. The brackets quickly lost their hold. I then just used a clamp to nail the pieces (small 2x4 halves, I saw each maybe an inch square and 12 inches long) into an "L". I started driving a nail the impact of which broke my staple…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Cheaply Made: Hand Tools

Somehow I expected better. I got a set from my father-in-law from Craftsman when Craftsman meant a good thing and one ended up breaking. They are at least 50-60 years old. They're twice the size and still loyal. The ones I just bought are thin and slightly off 10-15 degrees from 90. I wanted to return them but good old Revane said to keep them and refunded the cost. That's why I appreciate Revane so much.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

Perfect for making square corners, picture frames or countertops, although it doesn't accurately describe their actual size I was under the impression that they were slightly larger. The hole sizes were accurate but the pin used to tighten the clamps is very small and I can only imagine they will bend or break very quickly!

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • Available in white only

Popping metal staples that couldn't be held to glue

Zero stars, when I first opened the box which didn't arrive on time and inspected the staples I wasn't impressed and was pretty sure that I could squeeze them in half hands. I started my project by attaching all the brackets to create a square frame and started threshing. The brackets quickly lost their hold. I then just used a clamp to nail the pieces (small 2x4 halves, each of which I sawed to maybe an inch square and 12 inches long) into an "L". I started driving a nail the impact of which…
