I ordered this charger as a Christmas present. Unfortunately it didn't work. One of the battery packs didn't go all the way up, 2 of the 4 charging slots were so sensitive that the controller stopped charging completely. And after many, many hours of charging, the lights on the 2 bays that "worked" still said the battery was not charged. I contacted Revain to send it back and the company emailed me straight away. I was sent a new charger which was delivered a few days later (and I didn't have to worry about returning the defective one). This charger does everything it's supposed to! The controllers fit snugly in the compartments and were all fully charged within an hour. Thanks for the great customer service!
