I'm not sure if the problem is with the headphones or Bluetooth adapters bought at the same time, but the delay is so long that it's difficult to close use and enjoy. Seriously considering returning both items UPDATE: As someone who has worn hearing aids for several years, I speak with some experience and authority regarding their fit and absence. These earpads are so poorly balanced and the included "wax shields", although not described as such, do not provide an adequate fit to keep these earbuds in your ears. You don't have to take action for them to fall out of your ears. When completely still but moving the jaw, they fall out alongside other facial movements, and this is very annoying when the sole purpose of owning and using them is to hear sounds at a comfortable volume. I returned them and intend to find earbuds that have numerous positive reviews for face and body movement. They were a constant nuisance.
