Excellent customer service
The product is a bit difficult to program but once you get the hang of it it works pretty quickly. I had a problem with the transmitter, one of the buttons didn't work. But the company reacted quickly and ended up sending me a new channel straight away. Now I have to reprogram the clock but it's worth it and the pager system works great for kitchen to server communication! Thanks for the great customer service!
