I really wanted to love this little speaker. It sounded great for the first 15-20 minutes, especially given its small size. Unfortunately this didn't last long - less than an hour later at volume 1/2-2/3 the speaker started wheezing and wheezing - sounds like a blown speaker. I may not have had high expectations for such a small and inexpensive speaker, but I expect more from Altec Lansing. I followed the instructions on the packaging. Email sent to support and email rejected. Tried to call the number on the package and the wait was endless, sent a support request on the website and got no response. I will likely be returning this item for something else.
