I bought this brace because I'm a 340 lb woman with flat feet that are starting to collapse in the arches. The bandage appears to be of high quality, but I immediately see several problems with it: First, the bandage is really quite bulky, ie it cannot be worn with shoes. Second, as a plus-size person, it doesn't really fit my ankle, so I don't know how sturdy it actually is because of that. Third, the inflatable air pocket that lifts the arch of the foot is quite comfortable overall, but can be uncomfortable when walking, especially if you only have it on one leg. My hips started to hurt a little.
