On paper so good value for money. There are many brackets included and they are true 4 inches. In many cases they are not quite square and not as strong as I am used to. Two brackets can be used (after being made "square") for a 24" long and 5" deep shelf, anything deeper or longer will require at least a third bracket. If you plan on constantly servicing anything heavier than 1 liter paint cans, paint cans, and aerosol cans, I'd keep looking.
