This is a GREAT VALUE! Everything worked and only one was crumpled. I fixed it by squeezing the dent out and then filling it with boiled water and then shaking it out after about 30 seconds and submerging it in cold water. This slightly deformed the plastic, giving it a pleasing look of old corrugated glass. The transparency remains crystal clear. The straws are a bit long and because they are good quality and thick you cannot bend them to the right size. No problem! I just cut the bottom at an angle (I do this to keep the straw down and still soak up all the product) and they came out perfect! This is better than short flimsy straws that break or are too short to reach the bottom and you either end up with product waste or have to open the bottle and scoop out the bottom. It's better that way! If the pumps don't work, it's also because you have to tightly twist the pump and gearbox together. Once you put it on and pump it up, everything is fine. I've noticed people complaining about the pump not working. That's it, you just have to tighten it well and tightly. This solves the problem. Once you get those things sorted out, you'll end up with some really good bottles. Thick plastic. Don't look cheap. Perfect bell shape, just like old Garden Botanica bottles! And they are quite large and hold a lot of product. quality and price!
