UPDATE: Excellent customer service / Original title: Stoff itckt…

The palm rest is ergonomically comfortable and supports my wrists well, the only problem is that the fabric is not smooth and causes itching on the skin. To make it more comfortable if I don't have long sleeves I usually just throw a doily over it to make it more bearable. UPDATE: The seller has great customer service. After checking my review, they contacted me and asked if they could give me a small refund for my inconvenience. It was made available to me promptly. I am changing my 3 star rating to 4 star based on their customer service.
