Medium notch good for me
Okay so it's really comfortable, I'm 5'7" 295 lbs and I got the large. The only thing I don't like is the neck. It's really wide. I don't like wide necks on shirts they bother me. I wasn't expecting that. But with a T shirt over it it's acceptable for the price and I'm already sweating in my house it's definitely warm.
Pros
- They fit perfectly and work great for the winter.
Cons
- I received these 3 shirts in turtle neck form. The pictures do not show these in turtle necks.

6 foot 4 guy here. Fit it great on chest and arms. Waist is a bit lose. Love the colors and durability. I run outside amd the do keep you very warm.
