Very nice extruded aluminum case. I opened the back of the strip to see the schematic and was very impressed with the workmanship and wiring components. The mounting plates that came with the strip attach to the back of my media center very easily and the strip snaps into place easily but securely. The plug was 20 amp with a vertical and a horizontal prong, so it wouldn't work with the 15 amp outlets in my media room. However, I still had plans to shorten the cable to the correct length. Cut the excess length and plug in an industrial grade 15 amp plug and use the excess cord to make a heavy duty power strip for my shop where I have 20 amp outlets. This is top equipment.
