This is the perfect short sleeve sun protection shirt. The neck is tight enough that the upper chest doesn't burn, but loose enough to be comfortable. The sleeves are long enough to prevent bicep burning but not so long that they impede arm movement. I wear it every day when I'm out in the sun for less than an hour. If I'm in the sun all day, I wear a long-sleeved shirt with sunscreen and a hoodie. I'm between XL and XXL and XL just fits perfectly.
