User friendly and affordable product

I like how easy it was for me as well as my staff members to use this software. It also has many features which are very helpful in our day-to-day operations of running our business (elevator repair). The only thing about digitiicket i dislike would be its price when compared with other products out there such as Quickbooks or Sage 50/70 etc. But all things considered, we have found no faults thus far! We do not know yet if any will arise but so far everything seems great. The benefits include ease of access for customers who come into our office since they can now purchase their tickets online rather than having them printed off at home by us.

Pros
  • Easy navigation around program itself.
  • Very convenient & simple way you order your ticket through website interface that looks good too.and much better then what's offered elsewhere!! :).The overall system is efficient enough allowing customer service representatives get work done efficiently without interruptions due excessive waiting time..or just because someone had an appointment coming up sooner instead being scheduled later
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
