This software is very easy to use, it has many great features that helps me with my business. The customer support team at AmBit are amazing! They always get back to you right away and they have been super helpful in all of our questions. I would highly recommend this product for your sales teams needs. It's not much different than other programs out there but what makes ambit stand out from others is their customer support team. We love using the program for keeping track of leads and also setting up appointments. With ambit we can easily see where each lead goes next and which ones have had appointments set up already. Also, when someone cancels or does not show up for an appointment, we know who they were working with so we don't need to call them and ask why no one showed up.
