Review on πŸ–¨οΈ Enhanced Xerox WorkCentre 3215/NI Monochrome Multifunction Printer - Empowering Efficient Document Solutions by Vincent Poolaw

It's not exactly easy to set up, but it's doable.

Received this unit recently and didn't spend much time on it. So my opinion may change. However, today I think about this printer: 1.) It doesn't have the easiest setup, but it matches similar printers. Screen tips are not very good. They're tiresome and not as comprehensive as we'd like. The printed instructions aren't very good either. However, you can find out most of them from the "printer web page". This allowed me to set up features that seemed impossible on the printer itself. It's easier than anything I've encountered in the past. 2.) Save yourself the trouble - use Ethernet! - Setting up a printer over Wi-Fi is tedious. real pain! Setting up a wired printer is easy! If your printer is close enough to your router, use Ethernet! You'll be glad you did. And yes, you can print over Wi-Fi if your printer is wired. never mind 3.) What the heck prints every time I turn it on! - One thing I haven't figured out yet is how to turn it off, every time I turn it on it prints a test page. Waste paper and annoy me I've yet to figure out how to stop it. 4.) Finally, my goodness, the printouts look great! Haven't done much with it yet but I have to say I like the print quality. It's been so long since I've had a new printer that I've forgotten how beautiful laser printers can be. Even if it's one color. That's wonderful! That alone is worth the price of the ticket. With scan and fax capabilities, it's near perfect. It's not for everyone. Know what you're getting into before you buy. Then you are fine.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly
