Useless, every toner cartridge refused

This device is a paperweight. We spent more on toner than on the product itself. Any toner will say the toner is invalid even if it is genuine Xerox toner. Xerox doesn't care, only charging over $200 for an hour's service, which is more than the overall cost of the printer. I have 8 toner paperweights here for $59.99 each and a heavy, useless printer that my organization can't even use. Avoid this product like the plague.

MUST READ NOW! for printer ink and toner

The printer works well for the first few weeks. after that the problems start. The printer begins to print slowly. The fax function no longer works. The wireless printer option has stopped working. Paper begins to jam. and if you call XEROX or their stupid 3 year protection plan (which is a waste of money because they try everything in their power to avoid a refund) they will want to waste your time by forcing you to follow the instructions follow. for almost two hours to try to get the printer

Well-made device that does what it says on the tin

After buying the HP Laserjet for $50 more, I was concerned about the thin plastic and design of the latest HP. They just look like cheap toys. Came across one on sale and it's much better than HP in the same price range. Great mid-range well-built plastic, a full 7 pounds heavier than the HP, which is a good thing. Connected and hooked up to my local network in seconds and works great with Windows 10. Easy scan to pc, scan to email is easy too. I've had a Xerox Workcentre as a dedicated copier…

It's hard to top good printer ink and toner

If I had more stars I would. I've always bought expensive laser printers for $300 to $500. This printer is amazing. My other printers took a long time to warm up. Even in sleep mode, it prints immediately. The quality is amazing. I love the AirPrint feature, our iPhones and iPads find it instantly and we can print. When the computer is connected to the network, you can manage all settings from a web browser instead of fiddling with the console on the printer itself. Scan to email feature. just…

Easy setup, great print quality

I've read so many reviews that this printer won't connect to my home network or is difficult to set up. In fact, I delayed running the install until I had enough time to fix any problems I encountered. It took about 20 minutes from unboxing to printing. The guide was helpful but it was easy. DO NOT connect the USB cable. Just turn on the printer, go to the Wi-Fi settings, select the option for WPS (although the settings menu doesn't say WPS, something like PCM. I don't remember exactly), then…

A wolf in sheep's clothing

This is a sophisticated all-in-one company in a home office shell. In addition to the usual functions (printing, scanning, faxing), it has high-tech functions such as scan to email and SNMP management. It works for me in a mixed environment (Mac, Windows 7 and 10 PC) and works flawlessly. Setup is easy with the web interface, just connect it with a network cable and find the assigned IP address. As with all printers, I recommend setting either a static IP address or a DHCP reservation. As a…

It's not exactly easy to set up, but it's doable.

Received this unit recently and didn't spend much time on it. So my opinion may change. However, today I think about this printer: 1.) It doesn't have the easiest setup, but it matches similar printers. Screen tips are not very good. They're tiresome and not as comprehensive as we'd like. The printed instructions aren't very good either. However, you can find out most of them from the "printer web page". This allowed me to set up features that seemed impossible on the printer itself. It's…

  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

The software in this product is a bad joke

I was looking for a simple, reliable printer and scanner to work at home and found this printer to be a very affordable option. If I can get it to work, it's doing the right job. But from the start I had to spend hours installing/configuring, first alone and then multiple phone calls (many of which dropped or disconnected midway through the conversation) with Xerox Technical Support and I was never able to get the WorkCentre 3215 to connect with my new Dell XPS13 and my old MacBook Pro. After…

Yes, a full toner cartridge is included.

My material report shows it is 100% full. Competitors deliver with an almost empty cartridge. I bought Xerox because they accept half price clone cartridges. I can buy one of their OEM cartridges as a thank you for a full cartridge. Also, it has a fun European spelling center. So ghost. This rating was driven by the packaging. This is high quality stereo material with soft foam corners (not crumbly, dirty, compressed popcorn) and inlays. The ends of the strap that held the doors shut were…
