The printer works well for the first few weeks. after that the problems start. The printer begins to print slowly. The fax function no longer works. The wireless printer option has stopped working. Paper begins to jam. and if you call XEROX or their stupid 3 year protection plan (which is a waste of money because they try everything in their power to avoid a refund) they will want to waste your time by forcing you to follow the instructions follow. for almost two hours to try to get the printer working and in the end they offer to send a technician and charge $58 for it.
