Review on πŸ–¨οΈ Enhanced Xerox WorkCentre 3215/NI Monochrome Multifunction Printer - Empowering Efficient Document Solutions by Anden Turn

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Yes, a full toner cartridge is included.

My material report shows it is 100% full. Competitors deliver with an almost empty cartridge. I bought Xerox because they accept half price clone cartridges. I can buy one of their OEM cartridges as a thank you for a full cartridge. Also, it has a fun European spelling center. So ghost. This rating was driven by the packaging. This is high quality stereo material with soft foam corners (not crumbly, dirty, compressed popcorn) and inlays. The ends of the strap that held the doors shut were folded inward to form tabs that could be easily grasped and removed. I was under the impression that if they put as much care into the product as they do into the packaging, this kid would work. Duplex printing is software controlled - it doesn't have an internal paper flip tray. Pages 2, 4, 6, etc. will be printed, then a message will appear prompting you to put those pages back in the paper tray, printed side up, and press the button on the control panel to print pages 1, 3, 5, etc. to print. Rotate pages top to bottom collides with the paper path. There is an orientation picture in the quick start guide which is not clear. Lazy, I expected an internal upheaval and turnaround. Doesn't happen in this price range. Assembly instructions directly on a large fold-out sheet. When you pull the ribbon out of the toner, some toner dust will be released. Don't do this over a good carpet. No Cat5e cable was supplied but power, phone and USB cables were supplied. The installation disk handled a Cat5e network connection. Fax is enabled by default. I received a fax tone on my first phone/scam/spam call of the day. Brilliant. You can set the fax to manual mode, but not spam calls. Install the software on each computer in your homegroup so that you can use the drivers and software package on that computer. The scanning worked and of course the printing as well. They filled out the online warranty and then asked for the exact same information, including the serial number, when registering the product. It is likely that some regulations prohibit the use of warranty information to register a product. Who knows. This anachronism is only noticeable because technology has gotten so clever. This is a multifunctional 4-in-1 laser printer for the money. A full cartridge and the ability to use clone cartridges solve the problem.
