I've read so many reviews that this printer won't connect to my home network or is difficult to set up. In fact, I delayed running the install until I had enough time to fix any problems I encountered. It took about 20 minutes from unboxing to printing. The guide was helpful but it was easy. DO NOT connect the USB cable. Just turn on the printer, go to the Wi-Fi settings, select the option for WPS (although the settings menu doesn't say WPS, something like PCM. I don't remember exactly), then go to the router and press the WPS button. They connect to each other and the router assigns an IP address to the printer. I suggest you go into your router settings and make the IP static. You then simply connect to any wireless PC connected to the same home network and add a printer. For Android devices, go to the Google Play Store and install the Xerox Plug-in app. This allows any Android device to print to the printer; Apple has the same app. Print quality is excellent and scanning from a PC is quick and easy, but I haven't tried scanning to/from an Android device.
