I like that they are able help you with anything from menu development or POS system implementation all in one place! They also have great customer service which is hard for me as someone who works remotely but it's not always easy when your working through an app instead of talking over chat/phone call etc.. Their support team can be slow at times so just keep them updated if things aren't going well during set up process (like having issues getting access). Also make sure everything has been setup correctly before submitting payment info because sometimes there will still show errors even after paying via credit card successfully!! We used kitchen united primarily due do our contract being terminated by another vendor we were using previously however since switching providers i've realized how much better this new provider does almost every aspect compared to previous supplier - menus included among other benefits such as customizing orders prioritizations ect.
