Waste of time: computers and tablets
I bought this item as a Christmas gift and received it very quickly, but there was a problem. I didn't bother to review the iPad which was a huge mistake. They opened it for Christmas and it didn't turn on. iPad won't hold a charge, it charges enough to turn it on and then turns it off again due to a low battery. Revain was very helpful and helped me through the refund process to get my money back.
