I read the previous review but took the risk to buy this product anyway. I've been looking for a product that would be suitable for porcelain floors for a long time. This product is intended for use on pre-sealed floors. I needed something that would brighten the tile and accentuate the grout without damaging the floor. I applied two coats to the floor and it gave a nice shine without an unnatural shine. As long as it's resilient. It is expected to last a year. I am very happy with the results and more importantly my wife is too.
