Cheap ball cap arrived with cracks. The material quality of the balls is very bad. There was probably an update of the material some time ago. But it was ordered this week and the ball was split in two. Also, the fairing on the extension doesn't match the rest of the mount. Shiny texture versus matte finish. The phone holder is completely useless. Luckily I still have a spare part from my last car. The dash mount was easy to install and fit pretty well. It would be better if it had tabs like the OEM tray to secure it in the middle. Update: great support. They sent a replacement and it was perfect. The interchangeable holder is unbranded and has additional support for vertical installation.
