The bars are easy to assemble but if you wish to use mini bar rings note that the two bars that came in the same pack were larger than diameter. than the other rod that doesn't accept rings of the same size and if you plan to use them as bottom rods for curtains you will understand mini rod rings are needed but under the counter you really don't need bigger rings because you can so you want to have the smallest visual space you are trying to hide behind curtains! As a designer I would not recommend these rods unless you intend to use them with curtain rings.
