Review on Portable Acoustics JBL Charge 4, 30W, grey by Agata Konarska ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just super, it's beautifully made, I'm very happy with it.

I compare it with JBL Charge 3 which I used for 2 years. So, in 2 years, the battery completely degraded, the charge held for about an hour, while it was charging for 2 hours. Which led me to the idea of ating the column. Considered all options within 10k. I read a lot of reviews, supposedly the speaker became one and the stereo disappeared, which confused me, but I didn’t find a better option for the money. As a result, I can say that the sound suits me (of course it is not perfect). I use the speaker in conjunction with a PC. As a result, the connection became more stable, especially when I leave with a speaker in another room. On the 3rd there was a bug when playing Battlefield 5, the sound simply disappeared when entering the game, this one does not have this. The main drawback for me is the lack of fast charging, I have a charger that supports the quick charge 4+ standard. Are they worth charging? Will the charging speed increase? Is the battery degrading? It's not clear yet. I will test. I have described aspects that are important exclusively to me. I hope my review will help you make the right choice!

Pros
  • - Still bomb design (color blue is just chic) - Great sound - Works stably and without interruptions - According to the first signs of good autonomy -USB type C - Price (took for 7800 with delivery)
Cons
  • - I have the TL version, as I understand it, it is better to keep it farther from the water. If this is true, then this is very strange despite the fact that the speaker is IPX7 certified - No fast charging - There is no bluetooth 5.0 (I really hope that it will be added to all new devices) - Lack of aptx codec (I don't understand why)
