Review on Dimmable Recessed Equivalent 0102 3 BZ by GetInLight by Dusty Tofte

I ordered 4 (2 per order) of this product 6 days apart and received 2 different dimmers in 4 boxes. The first two I got had a knob and a slider, and I placed the lamps under my cabinets and used a wall switch to plug them into a switched outlet in the closet. The dimmers that I first received in two packs had a knob and a slider so I could set the dimmer and then flip the switch and it would remember the dimmer setting and leave it on. It was wonderful! Then after 6 days I bought 2 more boxes to hang above my cupboards but they came with a completely different dimmer. This dimmer has little buttons instead of a slider, and not only does this dimmer turn off by default every time the switch is toggled, but it also makes an awful buzz at all settings except full brightness. In other words, this dimmer is a complete waste and of no use to me at all. Buyers should be careful, if you plan to use it with a switched outlet and want to use the included dimmer, don't rely on it. You can get a slide dimmer that works great, or you can get a knob that is noisy and doesn't work at all with a switch. I was willing to give this a 5 star rating from the first purchase, but now it's a 2 star rating. If this was my first time getting a touch dimmer I would give it 1 star and return it.
