I like that they have many different options for their customers with respect of payment methods, plans etc so it makes things easier when you need something specific from them (and not just any old plan). The customer service sometimes isn't very helpful but then again we are talking about an international firm here! If your looking at using this provider as one option among others look into other services first before choosing what works best for yourself or clients needs - if there's no competition maybe consider contacting another network who may be able provide more help/options? We use UnityUS networks because our organisation uses both Paypal & Creditcard payments which can get quite confusing without having someone helping us out all day every single time - especially after bank holidays too where support teams don’t always work 24hrs per year either side!!
