I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at the VALISY online shop. It took their team a few days to reply to my initial email, and the kitchen faucet I purchased came with missing components. Even when they did reply, their suggestion was ineffective, and it required several tries to solve the problem. The entire procedure was annoying, and it made me have a bad opinion of VALISY as a business. I am dismayed to see a lack of emphasis on customer care in today's businesses as a social media influencer. I cannot ignore or advise my followers to use VALISY because of their poor customer care. VALISY needs to greatly improve their customer service if they want to keep their current customers and win over new ones. Prioritizing customer happiness and responding quickly to problems should be top priorities.
