This pillow is exactly what I was looking for! I sleep on my side and tend to tuck my arm under the pillow so this works perfectly for me - it wraps around my arm so I don't even notice. I've had issues with other pillows being either too fluffy or too firm, but this one is soft yet gives me the support I need. It stays cool all night and stays put in all the right places. The memory foam pillow was packed well and tightly and I let it air out for about 48 hours before using it. There was no problem with odors like other memory foam pillows and mattress pads. I plan to buy more for the house in the near future.
