Bought a phone to use with T-Mobile. Everything was fine for the first few days until my daughter noticed that he was no longer surfing the internet or answering calls. Called T-Mobile to try and fix it as it was a service issue, but they exhausted themselves trying to fix it and suggested calling Apple instead. Technical support from Apple has also taken its course. I have been told that by serial number the phone is part of the first batch of phones that were sent out with some sort of defect during initial manufacture that will be replaced with a new one of equal exchange. I sent my phone to Apple only to have it returned to me with an email (see attached photo) saying they will not send me a new one as the phone has "unauthorized modifications". Got a refund right away and went to T-Mobile to buy the same 7 for $60 more, BRAND NEW, no changes, no problems. The description section will sell you a dream. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
